Patrick utilizes a range of well-researched therapeutic tools that enable individuals to work more effectively with difficult and intense emotions—including anxiety, depression and anger that might interfere with one’s aspiration to live a meaning and fulfilling life. Among approaches he continues to study are Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Narrative Therapy, Applied Behavioral Analysis, and Existential Psychotherapy.
