Chelsea Canning

LCSW, C-ASWCM

We all need a little help from time to time to pull ourselves out of our—stress, grief, trauma, depression, confusing thoughts, self criticism, intense feelings—so we can improve our relationship with ourselves and others. Helping ease your painful moments is the most important work we can accomplish together. Sometimes we just need someone to stand by us, assure us that it's going to be okay and guide us through the tough parts.

I have a nurturing solution-focused approach, believing therapy is a partnership utilizing your strengths and innate understanding of yourself to get the results you want. We can work together to set our sights on a better outcome.
